Agnieszka is an intellectual property law expert with more than 17 years of experience in this field and a lecturer on the barrister training course at the Warsaw Bar Association. She specializes in the protection of trademarks, industrial designs, copyright law and IP contract law. She is involved in conducting proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, common and administrative courts, as well as before the EUIPO and the Court of the European Union.

She is a Laureate of the 2014 ranking of Gazeta Prawna and Lexis Nexis Publishers Rising Stars - Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow.

Highlights of professional experience include:

  • trademark infringement and cancellation cases, including trademarks of repute,
  • industrial design and copyright infringement disputes concerning the external appearance of products, such as clothing and spare parts,
  • unfair competition disputes and protection of personal and corporate assets
  • clients include companies from such sectors as pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, FMCG, defense industry.
