We:
- help clients to arrange private expert opinions, e.g., for the purpose of litigation of invalidation proceedings in Poland or abroad
- are rooted in the Polish scientific community which gives us access to top national experts in the relevant fields, which includes areas such as medicine, chemistry, mechanics, electronics, IT, design, and fine arts, and also arrange public opinions pools if consumer confusion or trademark repute is an issue
- facilitate the process of obtaining an opinion, i.e., by selecting and contacting experts, explaining the matter to them, providing relevant materials & supervising the drafting process
