We represented clients in matters in which Polish jurisprudence defined essential IP issues such as the doctrine of equivalents, quantification of damages, legal interest in obtaining a preliminary injunction, trademarks of repute, technical function of a design, and many others. The need to develop strategies and arguments for both plaintiffs and defendants meant insight from a wider perspective.
